I could be wrong, but from what I remember, a lot of the same stuff was cheaper at other places I’ve shopped. It just felt a bit overpriced to me, especially when I know I’ve seen similar items for less elsewhere...

"Couldn’t really get a clear answer"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but the whole thing got confusing fast. I’d email, then hear back later with something that didn’t really answer what I asked, and at one point I wasn’t sure if they were replying to my first message or one of my follow-ups. I had to check back more than once, and it still felt like nobody was actually reading what I wrote. Maybe their products are totally fine, but the back-and-forth with customer service was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t use them again

I was trying to browse tsportline.com the other day and got kind of frustrated. The site felt clunky, the filters didn’t really make sense to me, and some pages were loading slowly. Maybe I missed something, but even finding basic info took way longer than I expected

I got a set of wheels from T Sportline for my Tesla and I have to say, they look really good. I was a little unsure at first whether they’d be too much or maybe not different enough, but once they were on the car, they just worked. The design is clean without being flashy, and the finish looks even better in person. i think they make the car look a lot sharper overall.
"Warranty support felt like a runaround"
I tried getting help with a warranty issue it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. The replies were slow, they asked me for the same details more than once, and after all that back-and-forth, nothing really got resolved. It reminded me of when you call internet support and somehow end up checking cables you already checked three times.
I’m not expecting everything to be perfect, and I get that mistakes happen, but if something is still under warranty, it really shouldn’t feel this difficult. By the end, it felt like they were just hoping I’d get tired and drop it. Disappointing overall, especially because I actually like when companies make this stuff easy instead of turning it into a whole side project.

The staff seemed knowledgeable overall, but the person helping me made the whole thing feel rushed. I had a couple questions and felt like they were trying to move me along instead of really taking the time to help

The box showed up a little beat up, so I was kind of worried at first, but everything inside was "totally fine." The parts were well protected and arrived in good shape.

The site was fine overall, but a couple of the parts I needed were out of stock. I had to come back and check again later, which was kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, just one of those things.

Ordered a set of wheels for my Tesla using the fitment info on the site, but once installed, didn’t sit the way I was hoping. Had a little more poke than I wanted, so ended up having the shop double-check everything. Quality seemed fine overall, just felt like the fitment guidance was a bit off in my case. Not a terrible experience, but definitely frustrating after spending that much.

"Looked nicer than it felt"
I’ll admit it looks good, but I feel a little misled about the ride quality. On rough roads, the comfort definitely got worse and it feels stiffer than I expected. It’s not terrible, but I was hoping for something smoother

I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back, which was frustrating. I kept checking my email between errands and even while making coffee one morning, but nothing ever came through. It just felt like I was being ignored.

"Looked great… for about five minutes"
I ordered a set of wheels and, to be fair, they did look nice right out of the box. Unfortunately, that first impression didn’t last long. After just a few weeks of totally normal driving, nothing wild, unless commuting now counts as extreme sports, I started noticing little chips and a couple rough spots around the edges.
For what these cost, I kind of assumed the quality control would be better, but apparently that was optimistic. They fit fine, so there’s that, but the coating doesn’t seem especially durable. Support was okay enough, though the wheels themselves ended up being disappointing.

"Got resolved, just took longer than I hoped"
I had a problem with my order it was frustrating in the beginning. Customer support did eventually get back to me and they fixed everything, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience overall. I just wish the communication had been a little faster because the waiting made it more stressful than it needed to be. The product turned out fine in the end, and I’m relieved it all worked out, but I’d feel a lot better ordering again if the process was a bit smoother.

I got it installed in the end, but it took me longer than I expected. Maybe it was just me, but the instructions felt a little too basic, and I had to go back and double-check a few steps to make sure I was doing it right. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not as easy as I thought it would be...

"Pretty smooth order in the end"
I spent a bit of time double-checking everything before ordering from T Sportline because I didn’t want to deal with returns or wrong parts showing up. The shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, so I was kind of watching the tracking more than usual. But once the wheels arrived, everything was exactly what I had picked online, the size, finish, and all the parts were right. No mix-ups with the order itself, so overall it was a good experience.

I’ll be honest, I kind of assumed they were just hyping it up to get me to spend more, but the car really does feel way tighter now. Corners feel cleaner, it stays planted, and daily driving just feels more solid overall.

"Delivery was fine, but could be more dependable"
I ordered from tsportline.com and, to be fair, everything arrived in good condition. The main issue was that shipping took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking didn’t really update for a few days, which made it hard to know whether the package was actually moving or just sitting somewhere.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s probably fine, but I think it’s reasonable to expect clearer tracking and a more reliable delivery timeline when ordering online

"Tire mounting was decent, but not perfect"
I got my tires mounted and balanced here, and the service was quick. For some reason, one of the wheels still had a small vibration afterward, so I had to bring it back in. They did fix it when I returned, which I appreciated. Overall, it was an okay experience, I just wish it had been done right the first time.
